Joint Pain Relief Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard (preferably spicy-hot)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well until you get a nice and homogenous mixture. Keep the cream in an empty cream container or any other container you find suitable. We guarantee that it will relieve your pain in a short period of time.

Use:

Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
