Rapid Healing
It’s been three weeks since I fell and bruised my ribs. Well, they could be cracked, but I didn’t go to get an xray, so I’m not sure.
For the first week I could hardly breathe. Then I used the Scaler Wave Laser for three to four hours a day and within five days the majority of the pain had lessened drastically.
I still had to sit up to sleep comfortably and I just held my breath if someone said something that was funny, let alone if I sneezed.
I even took a chance and ended up flying to Jamaica to see my niece get married even though it was not the best thing to do, but I managed the trip without any mishaps.
It’s funny though, it started raining last night and the ribs started hurting again. But I’m sure with a little sunshine which we’re supposed to have again tomorrow, it will be better again.
I know the healing process has been very rapid, more than I ever imagined possible, but I am so pleased with the results of the Laser.
Bruise Ribs
I took a fall about a week ago and landed on the arm of my chair with my ribs. At the time I didn’t have any pain or discomfort.
But about 3 o’clock in the morning I tried to turn over on my side and I couldn’t move my upper torso. I couldn’t sit up and I couldn’t get out of bed!
I didn’t know what to do. I tried to take a deep breath, but that was too painful. I tried holding my breath, but that didn’t help.
I tried every possible way to get out of bed and after about 30 minutes, I managed to sit up, rummage through my medicine cabinet and find some pain pills that were about a year old.
When I got back into bed, another 30 minutes, it took me more than an hour to relax and fall back to sleep. It was just as hard to get up the next morning, so I started using the Scalar Wave Laser on the ribs.
My eyes were more bloodshot than I have ever seen anyone’s else’s eyes and I was told it was because I wasn’t breathing deep enough to get oxygen into my body. So even though it hurt, I started breathing deeper.
I used the heating pad on the bruised area and that made it feel a lot better. Then I took a very hot bath with Epson Bath Salts and that helped a bit too.
