Younger Skin

Year ago I saw a video where a woman was demonstrating facial exercises. It was funny because I had seen someone at a stop sign doing the same exercises. So I thought, what the heck? I’ve got nothing to loose!

This is my fifth installment in the methods I’ve discovered to look younger and this had been an amazing process.

Once or twice a week while I’m in my shower (I’d be terrified someone I knew would see me doing the exercises in my car), I spend one minute doing the facial exercises and 30 seconds while towel drying

The first thing I do is place my thumbs on the inside of my mouth by my eye teeth and my index fingers at the base of my nose on each side. While pulling down on the skin, I pull up on my the muscles causing a strain on the muscles. Then I count to ten.

I repeat the process by placing my index fingers on the inside of the lower teeth and the thumb on the outside pointing down toward my jaw. Again I count to ten while pulling my muscles down to resist the upward pull of my fingers.

I repeat each of the two process a total of three times and make sure there is as much resistance as I can create.

My laugh lines are less than most who are 20 years younger than I am. I make sure to repeat the process at least once a week.
